After 8 years in business in England, Monique has closed down Pilates @ eNergy studio and is living both in Paris and the UK with her family. Monique will continue to work as a Pilates consultant, technical writer and public speaker. She is also planning to stay in touch with her clients by offering Pilates retreats. Who We Are
The owner, Monique Gaymer-Jones has been a teacher for 8 years. She did her full training and certification with the PhysicalMind Institute (New york, USA). Additionally she trained and certified in mat with STOTT Pilates from Canada. She expanded the scope of her work by becoming a writer of educational material on the Pilates Method. She is also a guest speaker on Pilates at different trade Beauty Shows. To offer her clients the best teaching available and to keep current with any relevant development in the Pilates world, she attends regularly Pilates workshops.
Eva, a friendly and gorgeous lab is waiting patiently patiently for the Pilates teacher. She always looks forward to her lessons on the reformer and the potential reward of a treat!
