Term Group Sessions (fully paid package only – assures you a space in the class)
If you are planning to only attend a few sessions during the term due to holidays or work commitment and wish to pay only for the classes attended, please see Drop-In Class paragraph below.
Group mat sessions last 55 minutes. Our mat group sessions are scheduled, booked and paid on a term basis. We require full payment at time of booking and/or before term begins to assure you a place in your chosen class. No refunds are given for missed sessions and sessions cannot be carried over to a future term or applied against private lessons. You can reschedule a missed session within the same term and on an "as available" basis provided you give at least 24-hours notice in advance of your intended absence to our studio via email at monique@pilatesmad.com or by telephone or text on 07881925181.
In the event that your class is rescheduled or cancelled due to weather or unforeseeable events, you will be offered a suitable alternative or a refund (via online payment to your account).
Zen Pilates Studio reserves the right to alter our schedule depending on client demand and teacher availability. We reserve the right to substitute teachers without notice where necessary.
Drop-In Class
If you do not wish to pay for the full term as you are only attending a few sessions or cannot make-up missed session, please use the Drop-in-Class system. Drop-In-Class does not assure you a place in any class and is subject to weekly availability. See in the studio on the board or on the website, left of the calendar, (feature drop-in/make up classes), available week by week and text/email me your choice and I will confirm.
Drop in Class rate is £10 per session.
Private Sessions
Single private sessions can be paid on a per visit basis and packaged private and semi-private sessions are booked and paid in advance. Private sessions last 55 minutes in duration unless otherwise agreed. All private sessions must be cancelled with 24-hours notice or full fees will be charged.
General Information
Sessions will run on a term basis.
Class sizes will be limited, and fees will remain the same irrespective of the number of clients per class.
All mats and small equipment are provided.
Clients should wear comfortable non-restrictive clothing. Footwear will not be necessary.
